Marcus Miller

President

Marcus Miller is the President and co-founder of LEAPJob. Marcus is a recognized leader in sales, and how to build top performing sales teams. He has over three decades of experience helping organizations solve recruiting and retention challenges. He is highly regarded as a seminar leader, writer and consultant.

Prior to founding LEAPJob, Marcus was a senior vice president with an international recruiting firm. He was responsible for the Canadian and North Central United States operations.

Marcus holds a Bachelors of Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

Jeremy Miller, CHRP

Partner & Senior Sales Recruiter

Jeremy Miller is a Partner at LEAPJob. He pushes organizations to change their ways and embrace the future of sales and marketing.

Jeremy wears many hats. He is a Senior Sales Recruiter. He is a Key Note Speaker. And he is a Advisor and Consultant to a number of companies. Jeremy's core expertise is demand creation, business development and creating brands that sell themselves.

Jeremy appears monthly on TV to discuss the future of sales and hiring. He is a feature writer in CPSA’s Contact Magazine, and he is regularly interviewed in major publications such as the National Post, Selling Power and the Globe and Mail.

Prior to joining LEAPJob, Jeremy was a senior sales professional with an industry leading CRM software vendor. He was responsible for Canadian and International sales.

Jeremy has a Bachelor’s degree from McMaster University, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Donna Miller

Partner

Donna Miller is a Partner and co-founder of LEAPJob. With more than 20 years in the recruitment industry, Donna leads strategic initiatives with our clients to assess their recruiting strategies and improve practices for hiring results. She offers a refreshing and visionary philosophy to make line managers strategic partners in the recruitment and HR processes.

Donna has developed and refined strategic processes to ensure companies hire the right people. Her projects focus on translating corporate needs into common sense strategies for improved candidate attraction, retention and performance.

Donna is completing her B.Ed in Adult Education at Brock University.

Robert Chambers

Sales Recruiter

Robert Chambers advances sales professionals' careers every day. With a strong track record in sales and business development, he gets it. Prior to joining LEAPJob, Robert excelled as a sales executive in the software distribution industry.

Robert has a Diploma in Network Administration & Security and is MCP certified.

Fawzia Hasan

Fawzia has a BComm from Ryerson University.
